Campspot Analytics allows Campgrounds to access their data in visualized Dashboards dedicated to tracking performance and quickly answering questions without needing to download a CSV. The data on the provided Dashboards helps you to grow your business and make impactful decisions. To learn about the data in individual dashboards visit the specific Dashboard articles found here.
How To Access and Navigate Campspot Analytics
When accessing Campspot Analytics (via https://analytics.campspot.com) you will land on the login page. One user from each park has access to login to Campspot Analytics. If you are the user at your park that has access, you will have received an email informing you of this. This email also would have prompted you to set a password to activate your account.
To login, use the email address that you use to login to Campspot and the password that you set upon activating your Campspot Analytics account.
Once logged in, you will land on the home page where you can browse and save Dashboards and more. The steps below outline how to access the different Dashboards/reports available to you.
1. Dashboards can be accessed in two ways:
A: Click 'Access all reports here' on the right.
B. From the left side Menu click Folders > Shared Folder
2. Select a Dashboard from the list
3. Select your park. Every park must complete this step even if they only have access to one park. Some organizations have access to multiple parks and will see those listed in the drop down.
4. Select a date range. Some dashboards allow you to select a date range of the data that is shown. If the dashboard you are viewing has that option, you should select this now before the next step.
4. Click load. Dashboard data will then populate.
How to Download a Dashboard
After accessing a Dashboard you can also download the information there.
Please note: the downloaded file of the dashboard will only provide the same information available to you visually on the dashboard and it will not have further detail at this time.
To download a Dashboard click the three dots at the top right corner of the page and select download from the menu. The clip below shows the process of downloading a dashboard.
How to Email Yourself a Dashboard
Dashboards can be emailed in real time or scheduled to email to you on a regular cadence that you can set. To email a Dashboard click the three dots at the top right corner of the page and select Schedule Delivery from the menu. The clip below shows the process of setting up a Dashboard to be emailed weekly.
To stop a scheduled email delivery of a Dashboard you will click the three dots at the top right corner of the page, select Schedule Delivery from the menu, click the three dots next to the scheduled delivery and click Delete.

Who has access to Campspot Analytics?
All campgrounds have access to Campspot Analytics and each campground gets one free user with access to pre-made dashboards. The user that has access will have received an email informing them.
How can I get started using this feature?
The one user from your campground that is initially given access to Campspot Analytics will receive a setup email. Through the email they will be required to set a password to go along with their username. Their username will be their email address. The Campspot Analytics page is a separate login from the Campspot Admin page and the user will be required to login each time they access it.
How do I access Campspot Analytics?
Campspot Analytics can be accessed from the announcement/link on the Reporting page (shown below). It is recommended that you bookmark the Campspot Analytics login page link for easier access. The first image shows the message that is displayed if you are the user at your park with access to Campspot Analytics. The second image shows the message displayed if you are not the user at your park with access.
What is the cost for this feature?
There is no cost for the first free user of this feature. If your park is interested in having additional seats a monthly price per additional user will apply. To learn more about the monthly cost, please contact Campspot Support at support@campspot.com or reach out to your Customer Success manager or Implementation Manager.
How do I add more users?
If you would like to add more users/seats, contact Campspot Support please contact Campspot Support at support@campspot.com, contact your Customer Success Manager or contact your Implementation Manager. Additional seats can only be requested by your park's billing contact or the person that signed your Campspot Service Agreement.
How can my park change the one free user that has access?
If you'd like to make a change to the one free user that has access, please contact Campspot Support at support@campspot.com, contact your Customer Success Manager or contact your Implementation Manager.
How often is the data on the dashboards updated?
This data is updated daily at 10am ET for all parks.
