Understanding Online Store Add-ons and Fulfillment

Online Store Add-ons are retail items, such as firewood, ice, or refreshments, pre-purchased by guests during the reservation process (these are not the same as Daily Add-ons). These items enhance the guest experience and support proactive inventory management for your park.

At Check-In, these items must be fulfilled, which involves confirming that they’ve been provided to the guest. Until marked as completed, Online Store Add-ons will appear as Unfulfilled on the Reservation Items Grid. This status indicates the item has been purchased but not yet "delivered."

Fulfilling an Online Store Add-on Order

Follow these steps to ensure a smooth fulfillment process during Check-In:

  1. Locate the Reservation: Access the Reservation Summary in the Admin Site.
  2. Review Add-ons: Confirm the Online Store Add-on(s) displayed in the Reservation Items Grid.
  3. Select Items: Check the box next to each Online Store Add-on to mark them for fulfillment.
  4. Complete the Check-In: Click the Check-In button to update the reservation and trigger the fulfillment process.
  5. Once complete, the "Status" of the item(s) will now be updated to Fulfilled
