Week of 4/1

Reporting Updates

New versions of the Arrivals, Departures, and Who's in the Park reports have been released. These new reports offer several enhancements including:

A more comprehensive mix of information
Improved sorting capabilities
Information consistency across all three reports

Note: The original reports will remain available for a limited time and users are encouraged to transition to the new versions including setting up new scheduled reports where applicable.

Reporting Updates

Admin Site Search Functionality Updates

The search function on the Customers and POS (add customer to receipt) pages has changed in order to enhance performance and usability. This change was necessary in order to continuously improve functionality of Campspot and in order to provide a quality user experience for all users. The search functionality changes enhance overall search speed across our platform for all users and decrease instances of search lag.

Integration Updates

Dynamic Pricing rules are now being passed through to OTAs including Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com. This update allows campgrounds to experience more accurate pricing across all platforms.

Bug Fixes

The new customer search functionality was not returning results as expected in some searches. These instances have been resolved and users can expect results from typical partial name/word searches.
