Users Report Overview

The Users Report provides a comprehensive list of all users within your park’s Admin system. This report allows you to quickly verify user roles, confirm active status, and ensure that each user has the appropriate level of access to system features. For Multi-Park Groups, this report is filterable by Park.

The Users Report is a valuable tool for maintaining system security, ensuring proper access control, and keeping user data up to date. Regularly reviewing this report helps prevent unauthorized access and improves overall operational efficiency.

Some of the data you will find on this report includes:

  • Park Information: Park ID And Name
  • User Information: First & Last Name and Email
  • Status: Active or Inactive (along with Inactive Date if applicable) and Last Login Date
  • Roles: List of different roles of the user

Common Report Uses

  • User Role & Permission Verification – Confirm that employees have the correct access levels for their roles.

  • Active User Tracking – Identify which users are currently active in the system.

  • Audit & System Security – Review users to ensure former employees or inactive accounts are removed or updated as needed.

Accessing the Report

  1. Navigate to the Reporting page within your Admin Site.
  2. Search for Users.
  3. Select Download Type.
  4. Click Run Report.

This report is available in both PDF and CSV formats, offering flexibility in data manipulation and presentation. The PDF format is tailored for printing, providing essential information in a concise, printer-friendly layout.
