Troubleshooting: Why can I not see a Utility Meter from the Utility Meter List?

Learn how to activate a utility meter.

If a Utility Meter is being used for the first time, it must be activated, otherwise it will not show up on the list of Active meters.

  1. Navigate to Utility Metering.
  2. The default page view will display Utility Meters.
    1. On this page, you will see Active Meters by default.
  3. Click on Meter Status.
  4. Select Inactive Meters or All Meters.
  5. Locate and click on the Meter requiring activation.
  6. Click on Edit Meter Setup.
  7. Click Active
  8. Enter Rollover Value
    1. The maximum number a utility meter can reach before rolling over to 0. For example, if you have a meter that has up to 5 digits, the Rollover Value would be 99999.
  9. Decide whether to display the Meter Status on the grid

10. Click Save
