Inventory Grid

The Revenue Management Inventory Grid gives you a quick, at-a-glance view of all your site types across a rolling 30-day window (today through the next 30 days). Click into any site type to see key details, including the number of unoccupied sites, admin holds, AI-driven recommended rates from the Campspot Analytics Revenue Management report, your editable base rates, and current sell rates—making it easy to monitor availability and pricing in one place.

Change Log

The Change Log in Revenue Management provides a detailed, line-by-line history of all base rate changes. For each update, you can see the date the change was made, the site type, the date affected, the old and new base rates, how the change was made (via the Base Price Template spreadsheet upload or the Inventory Grid), and which user made the update. You can also filter the results by any of these fields, making it easy to track, review, and audit pricing changes.
