Some common items that parks may use with the Point of Sale are cash drawers, barcode scanners and receipt printers. It is important to note that there are no specific products that integrate with Campspot.
When deciding which hardware products to use, you should make sure that the items integrate with the machine that you are using to run Campspot whether that be a laptop, a desktop, a tablet, etc.
Scanner: If using a barcode scanner, make sure to add the appropriate SKU to your inventory items that you would like to scan
Cash Drawer: If using a cash drawer, keep in mind that it cannot be triggered via Campspot to automatically open. Cash drawers can be triggered to open by receipt printers so it is recommended that you look for a printer driven cash drawer.
Receipt Printer: If using a receipt printer, it should be compatible with Google Chrome as that is the browser we recommend using to run Campspot
