Integration Instructions

Step 1: Express Interest

Fill out the integration interest form.

Step 2: Review and Approval

A Market Manager or Strategic Account Manager will reach out to confirm eligibility and walk you through next steps.

Step 3: Setup

Spot2Nite will create your listing using existing park information and ensure all details are accurate. No action is required from you for this step. 

Step 4: Sync

Campspot’s API will automatically keep rates, availability, and site types synced in real time. No action is required from you to make the sync possible. 

Step 5: Bookings Begin

Guests will book on Spot2Nite, and those reservations will appear in your Campspot reservation grid

FAQ 

Setup and Costs

Q: IS THERE A FEE TO JOIN THE SPOT2NITE INTEGRATION?

No. There are no setup costs or additional fees to join the integration. If you are using opted into the Campspot Growth Package and using the Consumer Booking Fee, Spot2Nite booking fees are waived.

Q:WHO HANDLES SETUP?

Your Market Manager or Strategic Account Manager will guide you through the process. Spot2Nite builds and maintains your listing.

Listing and Pricing

Q: WILL I NEED TO MANAGE MY SPOT2NITE LISTING SEPARATELY? 

 No. Spot2Nite manages your listing setup and ensures it remains aligned with your Campspot data.

Q: HOW ARE PRICES MANAGED?

Your site pricing and availability are synced directly from your Campspot account using the Campspot Online Booking API.

Monitoring Reservations

Q:  WHERE DO YOU SPOT2NITE BOOKINGS APPEAR?

All Spot2Nite bookings appear directly in your Campspot reservation grid—no manual entry required.

Processing Payments

Q: HOW ARE PAYMENTS HANDLED?

Payments are processed through your existing Campspot payment setup, just like other online bookings.

Reservation Edits, Cancelations, and No-Shows

Q: HOW ARE CANCELATIONS HANDLED?

Cancelations made on Spot2Nite follow your cancelation policies and are reflected in Campspot in real time.

Q: CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO A RESERVATION FROM SPOT2NITE?

Yes, changes can be made to reservations booked through Spot2Nite and those should be made directly in Campspot. Spot2Nite will be notified of updates through the API.

Reports

Q: WILL SPOT2NITE BOOKINGS APPEARS IN MY STANDARD CAMPSPOT REPORTS?

Yes. These bookings are treated like any other online booking and will appear in your reporting dashboards.
