Creating Cancellation Policy Rules
To access these Rules go the Rules > Policy > Cancellation Policy
To create a new Rule, click the green New Variation button at the top. After doing that you will see the Rules detail modal where you can create your new rule.

Cancellation Policy Rule: Greater Than Two Weeks Before Check In
In this video we are looking at the creation of a Cancellation policy rule that allows our park to keep a $25 fee and leaves the rest of the money to be refunded to the guest.
Cancellation Policy Rule: Less Than Two Weeks Before Check In
In this video we are looking at the creation of a Cancellation policy rule that allows our park to keep 100% of the amount paid as a cancellation fee.
