Learn how to effectively monitor reservations associated with flagged guests using Campspot's Reservations by Guests on Block List Report.
Reservations by Guests on Block List
Campspot's Block Guest feature empowers users to flag guests with notes about specific incidents, helping manage and track potential issues. Once a guest profile is blocked, any reservation using that profile is flagged. This feature will not prevent future bookings, however.
Use this report to view reservations made by guests who have been marked as blocked via their Guest Profile. This report will also include partial matches for reservations including similar email addresses, names, and/or mailing addresses. These partial matches may not be blocked, but are close enough to a Blocked Guest for you and your staff to evaluate.
The data available on this report include the following information from reservations of guests flagged as blocked:
- Date Reservation was Created
- Guest Name
- Address
- Confirmation Number
- Site Number
- Start Date (Arrival)
- End Date (Departure)
- Matched on Block List: This field will provide what information matches the profile of a flagged guest including name, email, and/or phone number.
