Rent Roll (Campsites Only) Report Overview

The Rent Roll (Campsites Only) report provides detailed information on all tent, RV, lodging, and other site reservations occurring over a specified date range. Unlike the Rent Roll (Reporting Service) report, this version does not include payment information and focuses solely on campsites, excluding daily add-on bookings.

Below are a few notes about the information found on this report:

  • Multisite Reservations: Show sites individually, with charges listed separately for each site.

Common Report Uses:

  • Find a list of all guests staying over a specified date range.
  • View site charges broken out by charge type (note: not all charge types are included).
  • Use the Site Nights (Entire Stay) to calculate average stay length for reservations in the specified date range, analyzing the proportion of long-term versus transient reservations.
  • Review revenue earned for campsites only for the specified date range.

Supplemental Resources:

  • Rent Roll (Reporting Service): Ideal for users who need a comprehensive view of reservations, including payment and balance information, for a specified date range.
  • Rent Roll by Organization (Reporting Service): Best for organizations with multiple parks, providing a consolidated view of reservations, payments, and balances across all parks.
  • Rent Roll (add-ons only): Similar to this report, but specific to Add-Ons only. This version does still include Campsite Type and Name of the site reservation.

Most Common FAQ:

Q: What effect does the "As Of Date" have on the data shown in the report?

The "As Of Date" is important because charges and other reservation details may change after this date, affecting data accuracy.

This version of the Rent Roll report does not include a "As Of Date" parameter, so the information provided is based on the reservation as they report the day the report is pulled.

Q: Why would I look at this report instead of the Rent Roll (Reporting Service) report?

This report focuses only on campsite bookings and excludes daily add-ons. It displays charges for the specific reporting period, unlike the Reporting Service version, which shows charges for the entire reservation duration. Additionally, this version does not include payment or balance information, unlike the Rent Roll (Reporting Service) report.
