User Management Audit Report Overview

The User Management Audit Report provides a comprehensive log of all changes made within the User Management section of the Admin Site. This report is essential for managers and administrators who need to track permission modifications, user account creations, and password resets over a specified date range. By reviewing this report, you can enhance security, ensure transparency, and mitigate risks associated with unauthorized access.

Some of the data you will find in this report includes:

  • Park ID & Park Name – Identifies the park where the action occurred.

  • Modification Details – Includes the date and time of the action (Modified Date), the specific category of change (User Management Category), and a summary of the modification (Action).

  • Action Description & Impact – Provides a detailed explanation of the changes made and identifies the affected user (User Impacted).

  • User Responsible – Displays the name of the user who performed the modification (Modified by User).

Common Report Uses

  • Security & Compliance Monitoring – Track permission changes to ensure proper access control.

  • User Activity Tracking – Identify who created, modified, or removed user accounts.

  • Audit & Risk Mitigation – Detect unauthorized changes and take appropriate actions.

Accessing the Report:

  1. Navigate to the Reporting page within your Admin Site.
  2. Search for User Management Audit.
  3. Select a From and To date range.
  4. Click Run Report.

This report is available in a CSV format, offering flexibility in data manipulation and presentation. Once downloaded, this report can be uploaded into a spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
