Site Usage Report Overview

This report provides a comprehensive view of all active campsites and the guests occupying them during the specified date range. This report is instrumental in tracking site usage, aiding arrival preparations, and gaining insights into site turnover and expected occupancy.

Some of the information found in this report includes:

  • Campsite Details (Site Category, Site Type, Site Name)
  • Reservation Details (Guest Name, Stay Dates, Confirmation Number)
  • Occupancy Counts

Pro Tip:

This is a great report to have on-hand during times where power or internet outages may hinder your park's Check In process. At a basic level, you can at least use this report to know who is arriving, what site they are assigned, the expected occupant count per site, and which sites have turnovers.

  • Track Site Occupancy: Monitor which guests are on specific campsites.
  • Support Arrival Efforts: Use real-time site occupancy data to manage arrivals and site assignments.
  • View Site Turnover: Quickly see how frequently sites are turning over to optimize operations.

Accessing the Report:

  1. Navigate to the Reporting page within your Admin Site.
  2. Search for Site Usage.
  3. Click Run Report.
