      Learn more about which Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) are driving the most reservations and revenue to your park.

      Online Travel Agency (OTA) Report Overview

      This report helps you evaluate OTA performance by verifying which agencies bring in more guests, which are most profitable, and how you can refine your business strategies accordingly. Additionally, you can view reservation-specific details for guests who booked via OTAs.

      Some of the data you will find in this report includes:

      • Park Details: Includes the Park Name and Park ID for reference.
      • Reservation Details: Covers key reservation information such as the Booking Date (when the reservation was made via OTA), Campspot Reservation ID, OTA Reservation ID, and the Campspot Reservation Status (Confirmed or Cancelled).
      • Modification History: Displays reservation changes by showing the Last Modified By User (name of the user who modified the reservation) and the Last Modified Date.
      • Guest Information: Provides guest details including Guest Name (formatted as last name, first name) and Guest Email.
      • OTA Details: Identifies the OTA Name (name of the Online Travel Agency) associated with the reservation.
      • Invoice Totals: Lists invoice totals before and after tax for both Campspot and OTA invoices, helping compare financial data.

      Common Report Uses:

      • Identify which OTAs generate the most reservations for your park.

      • Compare revenue generated through different OTAs.

      • Evaluate which OTA partnerships are most profitable.

      • Analyze trends in OTA reservation modifications and cancellations.

      Accessing the Report:

      1. Navigate to the Reporting page.

      2. Search for Online Travel Agency (OTA) Reservations.

      3. Define the From and To Date Range.

      4. Click Run Report.

      Download Options:

      This report is available in a CSV format, offering flexibility in data manipulation and presentation. Once downloaded, this report can be uploaded into a spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
