Guests with User Credit or Camp Credit Report Overview
The Guests with User Credit or Camp Credit Report helps campground operators efficiently track and manage unused funds from reservations, typically caused by cancellations. These funds can be found in one of two accounts: User Credit and Camp Credit.
User Credit is eligible for a refund or use on future reservations, while Camp Credit is non-refundable unless the operator decides otherwise. Both types of credit reside in the Guest Profile, not on individual bookings.
This report allows operators to monitor these amounts and ensure that refunds are posted when applicable by reviewing the Guest Profiles provided in the report.

Accessing the Report:
- Navigate to the Reporting page within your Admin Site.
- Search for Guests with User Credit or Camp Credit.
- Click Run Report.
