      Instructions:

      Step 1: Navigate to Configure Allotments settings

      1. Navigate to Campground Setup
      2. Click on the Integrations tab
      3. Scroll down and click on Configure Allotments button

      Step 2: Add Override Allotment

      1. Click the icon to the right with the 3 dots
      2. Select Add Override Allotment
      3. Complete the Override form
      4. Click Add Allotment to complete Override

      Availability Start & End Date Range Define the start and end dates of the override. This determines the booking period impacted by the override.
      Inventory allotted to OTA Select the number of sites available for bookings over the defined date range.

      Edit & Remove Overrides

      To edit or remove an override for OTA allotments:

      1. Click the icon to the right with the 3 dots beside the existing override
      2.  Select Edit or Remove
        1. If editing the override, you will be directed to the form for the Override. Make any adjustments to the settings defined here. Clicking the Save button to save changes.
