      Allow guests to check themselves in online up to 24 hours before their arrival, either through the customer portal or our mobile app. This convenient option saves time for both guests and staff, ensuring a smooth check-in process. This opt-in functionality, part of Campspot's Guest Self Service suite, allows you to enhance guest satisfaction while streamlining administrative tasks.

      Step-by-Step Instructions:

      Step 1: Navigate to the General tab in Campground Setup

      1. Navigate to Campground Setup.
      2. Click on the Properties tab.
      3. Select the General page.

      Step 2: Enable Online Check-In

      1. Find the Online Check-In towards the bottom of the page.
      2. Check the box in front of Online Check-in.
      3. Click on Save Changes located in the lower right corner of the page.
