Step 1: Review Invoice Charges

Determine which items on the invoice need editing by reviewing the Invoice Details and Invoice History sections in the Billing tab:

  • Invoice Details: Displays current invoice items.
  • Invoice History: Outlines all changes made to the invoice.

Step 2: Manually Edit Prices on Invoices

  1. Navigate to the Invoice Details section of the Billing tab on the Reservation Summary.
  2. Identify the invoice item you wish to edit.
  3. Click the three green dots next to it
  4. Select "Edit Item."
