Integration Instructions:

Step 1: Create an account with Hubspot

To get started with this integration, ensure you have a HubSpot account. If you don't have one yet, you can create it by visiting HubSpot's website.

Step 2: Complete this Campspot form

After confirming you have a Hubspot account, Campspot is here to help you successfully set up your integration. To learn more about this integration and the steps required to get started complete this form.

Please note: This form serves as a contract addendum detailing the stipulations of the integration including monthly pricing details. The sign up form must be completed by management or owners of your campground.  

After receiving the sign up form the Campspot team will activate the integration and you will be able to see the new Hubspot functionality in the admin site. This integration should be activated within a week of submitting the sign up form in most cases.

Step 3: Verify User Permission in your Campspot Admin Site

Before initiating the integration setup, ensure the user(s) completing setup in Campspot has the necessary permissions to view and edit integrations. Follow these steps in Campspot:

  1. Navigate to User Management.
  2. Click on Roles in the top right corner.
  3. Find and click on the User Role assigned to the User requiring access to Integrations.
  4. Click on Customize permissions under Campground Setup.
  5. Verify the View and Edit Integrations permission is checked.
  6. Click Save Changes if changes were made.

Step 4: Set Up the Integration in Hubspot

Step 5: Set Up the Integration in your Admin Site

Follow the steps below to adjust the necessary settings in your Admin Site: 

  1. Using the primary navigation, navigate to Campground Setup
  2. Click on Integrations
  3. Find the Hubspot integration
  4. Click the green Connect button.

  5. Sign in to your Hubspot account or select your Hubspot account, if already signed in.Connect to Account
  6. Select Connect app to approve the connection between Campspot and your Hubspot account.

Step 6: Verify the integration

After completing the previous step, you will see the status of the integration change to Connected.

Data will sync between Campspot and Hubspot the following day and should be completed by 10am EST.

Q: Are there any costs to use this integration?

Campspot fees:

Campspot charges a $10 per month per park fee to access select integrations. If you are already taking advantage of another integration for your park, there will be no added setup costs.

Hubspot fees:

Any fees associated with the cost of Hubspot are based on your account type.
  • The integration supports both the free and paid Hubspot accounts.
    • Free Hubspot accounts: Limited to 10 custom fields which the Campspot integration will use all 10.
    • Paid Hubspot accounts: Offer up to 1000 custom fields and the Campspot integration uses 52.

Q: How often is my information from Campspot synched in Hubspot?

New contacts and reservations and updates to existing contacts and reservations are synced daily.

Q: What customer and reservation information is sent to Hubspot?

  • Guest Demographics: Email address, phone number, first name, last name, address, city, state, post code, country
  • Reservation Demographics: Number of children, number of pets, lifetime revenue, lifetime reservations, lifetime stay nights, whether the customer is blocked, rv type from latest booked reservation, rv length from latest booked reservation, rv slideout from latest booked reservation
  • Next Reservation Data: arrival date, departure date, campsite type, campsite category, booked date, promo code, is the site locked, group name, average daily rate, total revenue, daily rate name, discount code, reservation source, request origin, reservation reason, reservation status, reservation note, add-on type name, add-on revenue
  • Last Reservation Data: arrival date, departure date, campsite type, campsite category, booked date, promo code, is the site locked, group name, average daily rate, total revenue, daily rate name, discount code, reservation source, request origin, reservation reason, reservation status, reservation note, add-on type name, add-on revenue

Q: Can I send mass emails directly from Campspot now?

No, mass emails cannot be sent from within Campspot. This integration transfers your customers' information to Hubspot and you can use that information to send emails from there.
