📣 Campspot Certification Has Been Updated 📣

On January 12, 2026, we released updated versions of our Campspot Certification courses with refreshed content and an improved learning experience.

These updates reflect recent product enhancements and introduce a more interactive, user-friendly course design. You’ll notice clearer guidance, improved structure, and a refreshed look and feel designed to make learning easier and more engaging.

📌 Important: The Front Desk Fundamentals and Accounting certifications were fully rebuilt as part of this release. Progress from courses started before December 1, 2025 did not carry over to the new versions. If you did not complete a course prior to that date, you can now begin the updated version from the start.

The remaining certifications, Site Management and Revenue Management, will transition to the new format in the coming months.

Campspot utilizes the learning management platform, TalentLMS, to provide a self-paced learning program, empowering users to enhance their proficiency in utilizing the park's Admin Site. Here's how you can get started:

How to Get Started

1) Visit the following web address:

Tip: On this page you will find essential information about the program - be sure to take a moment to read over the content before proceeding.

2) To register, click Sign up in the upper right hand corner.

2) Fill out the registration form to Sign Up.

3) Click Create Account

Upon completion, you'll gain instant access to TalentLMS and be automatically assigned the Campspot Certification: Front Desk Fundamentals.

Notes about the Registration Form

What is your primary role at your park?	Select the role that aligns with your position at the park.
Campground ID Number	Skip if uncertain; this is your park's Campspot ID. Locate it by following the directions here.
Internal Use Only - Leave Blank	This is a field we use internally, no need to fill this field out.
I'm not a robot	We utilize reCAPTCHA to verify our users. Simply check the box here.

Note: After completing the required Sign up information, you can access your courses. For some of our courses, we do offer a Demo environment as a supplemental learning tool. This will be clearly defined within each Certification. Allow up to 72 hours to be added to our Demo environment.

First Time Logging In

When you first log in to our partner learning platform, TalentLMS, you’ll be greeted with a brief pop-up tour provided by TalentLMS, giving you an overview of the new system.

You’ll automatically be enrolled in Campspot’s Front Desk Fundamentals certification course, which is designed with a structured learning path, starting with an introductory “Welcome” course.

Here’s how to get started by navigating to Your Courses:

1. From the home screen, go to the “My Courses” page.
2. You’ll see the courses that have been assigned to you.
3. Select the Front Desk Fundamentals course and get started!
