Welcome to the New Campspot Certification Program!

Starting October 2024, we are thrilled to announce the relaunch of the Campspot Certification Program, featuring a brand-new learning platform with an entirely updated look. Every course has been rewritten, refreshed, and tested to provide a more interactive approach to learning. This is our first major step toward realizing our vision: empowering users with a deeper understanding of Campspot's software so they can confidently tackle daily tasks.

Here’s what’s new:

Complete Overhaul: Every course has been rewritten with fresh content and an engaging, interactive learning style.
First Rollout: The focus starts with the Front Desk Fundamentals certification, with plans to expand these enhancements to other certifications in the coming months.
Enhanced Learning Experience: This program serves as a resource that parks can leverage to complement their onboarding and training processes, helping teams make the most of Campspot's features.

We’re excited about this investment in user education, and it’s just the beginning. Future updates will include more video content and interactive tools—but this relaunch is a fantastic first step.

Important Details for Active Participants:

If you are currently active and enrolled in Front Desk Fundamentals, your progress will be reset to let you experience the updated structure. However, if you’ve already achieved your certification, retaking courses is not required. We simply want to offer everyone a chance to enjoy the new design.
Moving forward, certifications will reset one year after completion, giving you the opportunity to refresh your skills and earn an annual certification in using Campspot’s features.

How to Get Started

1) Visit the following web address:

Tip: On this page you will find essential information about the program - be sure to take a moment to read over the content before proceeding.

2) To register, click SIGNUP in the upper right hand corner.

2) Fill out the registration form to Sign Up.

3) Click Create Account

Upon completion, you'll gain instant access to TalentLMS and be automatically assigned the Campspot Certification: Front Desk Fundamentals.

Notes about the Registration Form

What is your primary role at your park?	Select the role that aligns with your position at the park.
Campground ID Number	Skip if uncertain; this is your park's Campspot ID. Locate it by following the directions here.
Internal Use Only - Leave Blank	This is a field we use internally, no need to fill this field out.
I'm not a robot	We utilize reCAPTCHA to verify our users. Simply check the box here.

Note: After completing the required Sign up information, you can access your courses. For some of our courses, we do offer a Demo environment as a supplemental learning tool. This will be clearly defined within each Certification. Allow up to 72 hours to be added to our Demo environment.

First Time Logging In

When you first log in to our partner learning platform, TalentLMS, you’ll be greeted with a brief pop-up tour provided by TalentLMS, giving you an overview of the new system.

You’ll automatically be enrolled in Campspot’s Front Desk Fundamentals certification courses, which are designed with a structured learning path, starting with an introductory “Welcome” course.

Here’s how to get started by navigating to Your Courses:

1. From the home screen, go to the “My Courses” page.
2. You’ll see the courses that have been assigned to you.
3. Find the “Welcome” course and click the Start Course button at the bottom of the course icon.

A Few Things to Note:

Course Structure:
- Courses follow a learning path, so they can be sorted by name to reorder them if necessary.
- The first course for the Campspot Front Desk Fundamentals certification is labeled CSC-01-01, followed by CSC-01-02, and so on.
Reviewing New Content:
- If you’ve previously completed the courses and they haven’t been reset for you yet, you can still review the updated content without starting over. Simply click into each course to stay current with the latest features and processes in the Admin Site.
