Online Express Check-In

Opting In to Guest Self-Service Features

The Guest Self-Service features provided by Campspot are optional, giving you full control over their utilization. While not mandatory, these features offer significant value to both guests and the front desk, saving time and streamlining processes.

Opt In Instructions:

Step 1: Navigate to the General tab in Campground Setup

  1. Navigate to Campground Setup.
  2. Click on the Properties tab.
  3. Select the General page.

Step 2: Select the Guest Self Service Feature

On this page you, you will find each of the features mentioned above. To opt in:

  1. Click the check box in front of the feature.
  2. Click on Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

By opting in to these features, you can enhance the guest experience and improve operational efficiency at your campground.
