Booking Section

The Booking section is where nearly everything related to reservations takes place.

The default section when logging in to Campspot is the booking section. The booking section contains the following subsections.

Reservation Grid

A visualization of past, current, and future reservations and availability.

Reservation List

A searchable list of reservations, with detailed information about the customer, site, arrival and departure dates, and occupants.

Customers

A searchable list of customer overviews.

Front Desk

A shortlist of reservations that are set to arrive today, depart today, or are currently in the park.

Override Requests

A list of requests made for managers to override standard booking rules.
