Campspot’s standard turnaround time for Booking Layout (map) edits is two (2) weeks. You may expedite your Booking Layout Edit Request for a charge of $50, to receive your edit within two (2) business days. By selecting the 'Rush this Request' option on the edit request submission form, you are agreeing to pay a one-time, non-refundable Booking Layout Expedite Fee of $50.
Campspot will begin work on your request upon the successful processing of the Expedite Fee to your auto-pay method on file. If there is an issue processing your Expedite Fee, or no auto-pay method is on file, we will reach out to you to receive payment before beginning work on your Booking Layout Edit. The two (2) business day turnaround time window begins only when:
a) Campspot has received payment for the Booking Layout Expedite fee, AND
b) Campspot has received clear and complete information from you regarding the edit(s) being requested.
In cases where additional information or clarification is necessary for us to complete an edit, the two-day turnaround period will commence upon receipt of that clarification. We understand that efficient communication is crucial in meeting tight deadlines, and we appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and timely design process. THE PARK BOOKING LAYOUT DESIGN OR EDIT SERVICE IS PROVIDED ‘AS IS’ AND CAMPSPOT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE PERFORMED ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT CAMPSPOT WILL CORRECT ALL ERRORS. TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS INCLUDING FOR MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, NONINFRINGEMENT, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE PARK BOOKING LAYOUT DESIGN OR EDIT SERVICE IS PROVIDED PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF THE SERVICE AGREEMENT AND/OR ORDER FORM ENTERED INTO BETWEEN YOU AND CAMPSPOT.
