Report Overview: Blocked Guest List Report
Learn how to efficiently track flagged guests with this report.
Blocked Guest List Report Overview
Campspot's Block Guest feature empowers users to flag guests with notes about specific incidents, helping manage and track potential issues. Once a guest profile is blocked, any reservation using that profile is flagged. This feature will not prevent future bookings, however.
Use this report to view guests who have been marked as blocked via their Guest Profile. The data available on this report include the following information from the Guest Profile tagged as blocked:
- Guest Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Address
- Date Blocked
- Reason Blocked
Accessing the Report:
- Navigate to the Reporting page within your Admin Site.
- Search for Blocked Guest List.
- Click Run Report.
Download Options:
The Blocked Guest List report is available in a CSV format, offering flexibility in data manipulation and presentation. Once downloaded, this report can be uploaded into a spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
Common Report Uses:
- Identify guests with past incidents or problematic behavior.
- Monitor and track flagged guests to ensure a smooth operation.
- Provide insights for staff on potential issues when dealing with certain guests.
- Maintain a record of blocked guests for reference and future decision-making.
