Please Note:

To ensure compatibility with your Campspot Admin Site setup, if you have multiple properties you wish to list on Airbnb, it's necessary to maintain a distinct Airbnb Account for each property. This allows for seamless management and synchronization between your properties on both platforms.

Step 1: Sign Up with Airbnb

Step 2: Retrieve Property Details from Airbnb:

Once your Airbnb account has been created, log in to the Airbnb platform to retrieve the following information (this will be needed for Step 4):

Host ID: From your host account when you select Profile to view your profile, you can see your host ID in the URL.
Listing ID: From your host account when you select Listings, as you view each listing, you can see your listing IDs in the URL respectively. Each Site Type set up separately in Airbnb should have its own Listing ID, necessary for the Campspot sign-up form.

Pro Tip: Existing Airbnb Listings

If you currently have a listing on Airbnb and your sites are setup at the Site level, listings will need to be consolidated to map 1:1 with Campspot Site Types. You will then be able to tell Airbnb how many of each listing you have. (for more details, check out the Pro Tip below)

Pro Tip: New Airbnb Setup

As you set up your sites in Airbnb, it is important to follow this rule:

Site listings set up in Airbnb should mirror Site Types setup in Campspot.

For example:

I want to list two Deluxe Cabins with Bunk Beds - DBC1 and DBC2 on Airbnb.

Campspot Setup: In my system setup, these Deluxe Cabins are available under a single Site Type: Deluxe Cabin with Bunk Beds.
Airbnb Setup: Based on my Campspot setup, I would have a single listing for Deluxe Cabins with Bunk Beds.
If I want to list the individual cabins separately on Airbnb, I would need to separate the units in Campspot's Site Type setup as well.

Please note: Campspot communicates representative inventory counts to Airbnb.

If my Campspot setup is for a single Site Type (Deluxe Cabins with Bunks) with 2 units available, Campspot will communicate that 2 sites are available for the Airbnb listing.

Step 3: Set / Verify Occupancy Min / Max Age Groups Rules in Campspot:

Site Types using the integration cannot share the same rule with non-integrated site-types. Multiple Lodging Site Types using the integration can share a rule.

Step 4: Complete Campspot's Integration Form

Fill out Campspot's Airbnb Integration Sign-up form found here..
Provide essential details, including Host ID and Listing ID(s). Review and comply with legal terms and instructions provided in the form.

Step 5: Activation and Reservation Start:

After form completion, the Campspot team will activate the integration within a few weeks (specific activation time to be determined).
Upon activation, start accepting new reservations made through Airbnb.
