Campspot Certification: Accessing Demo

Unlocking Practical Learning: Accessing Campspot's Demo Environment for Hands-On Training.

Summary

As a Campspot Certification: Front Desk Fundamentals, you gain exclusive access to Campspot's Demo—a practical sandbox environment designed for hands-on learning.

Demo is not required to complete the program, but is a way to practice what is learned.

Access to Demo

Upon completing the registration process, learners become eligible for access to the Demo site. Please note that access is not immediate and may take up to 72 hours. Once this period has elapsed, learners can proceed to log in to the training site, Demo, using the provided instructions.

Step 1: Navigate to Demo

Please note: Campspot's Demo does have a similar appearance to your park's Admin Site. Always verify which site you are logging into before diving into practicing in the system.

Step 2: Reset Your Password

If this is the first time logging into Demo, learners are required to reset their password in order to gain access to the system.

  • Click Forgot your password?
  • Input the email address you registered during the Certification's registration
  • Click Send Password Reset

Step 3: Check Your Email

A system generated email will be automatically be sent to the email provided from "do-not-reply@campspot.com."

You have 15 minutes to use the link to reset the password, after which time the link will no longer work. If this is the case, complete Steps 1 & 2 again.

  • Demo Access Time: Up to 72 hours post-registration.
  • Demo Purpose: Practice techniques and complete training modules.
  • Other Certifications: Currently, Demo is exclusive to the Front Desk Fundamentals Certification.

Q: Is there a Demo access for the other Certifications?

At this time, Demo is only available for the Front Desk Fundamentals Certification.

Q: What customer information should be used in the demo site? 

When using the demo training environment, users should never enter any personal or protected information into the system for test reservations. This includes:

  • Personally identifiable
  • Protected information
  • Sensitive information

(e.g., information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, criminal background or trade union membership)


Suitable replacement data for customer/guest information may include generic names like John or Jane Doe, addresses like 100 First Street, Zip Code 12345, Phone Number 555-555-5555, email address nobody@example.com.
