How To: Access additional Certification Courses

Streamlining Your Learning Journey with Campspot Certifications by adding additional courses to your learning journey.

 

📣 Campspot Certification Is Getting an Upgrade in December 📣

All courses in the Campspot Certification Program will be temporarily unavailable starting December 1, 2025 while we refresh the content and roll out an updated look and feel.

We’ve had several exciting product updates recently, and we’re taking the month of December to make sure the Certification Program reflects all the newest features. We’re also working hard to create a more interactive, user-friendly learning experience. We can’t wait to bring you a polished and refreshed certification in early January!

📌 Important note: If you are currently in progress on a course, your progress will not carry over to the updated courses in January. You may still finish the existing versions of the courses, but we recommend completing any in-progress courses before December 1, or waiting for the new versions in January, which will include all the updated content.

Upon your initial registration for Campspot's Certification via TalentLMS, you will be seamlessly enrolled in our Campspot Front Desk Fundamentals Certification. This certification serves as a foundational experience, providing all Campspot users with a clear understanding of the day-to-day operations that a customer service representative at a Front Desk encounters while using Campspot.

Join Group

The courses constituting Campspot's Certifications are grouped together in TalentLMS. Follow these steps to assign yourself all courses within a Certification Course Group:

Instruction

  1. Log in to the TalentLMS learning portal (click here to navigate to the site)
  2. In the right-hand corner, click or hover over your name.
  3. Click My groups.
  4. Click Join group.
  5. Enter the group code.
  6. Verify by navigating to My courses to see the courses that have been assigned.

Please Note:

  • You will not see the group added to the My groups page. This is currently beyond our control, but we are working with our learning platform partner to update this feature.
  • You will verify the courses added by completing Step 6. You may need to collapse the courses you have assigned to view the Certification groups you’ve been added to.
